Free pick up from Wellard, Western Australia is available by appointment when you select this option at checkout. If you select this option, we will contact you via email to organise a suitable pick up time.

Due to the current worldwide Covid-19 pandemic, shipping companies are experiencing high volumes of parcels to process and delivery times are taking longer to reach destination. International shipping to the United Kingdom currently on hold until further notice. Thank you for understanding.

Shipping Australia: Letter untracked is $4.95 for specific items, Standard tracked is $8.95 and Express tracked is $13.95. We offer free Standard tracked shipping Australia wide on all orders over $120.

Shipping New Zealand: International Economy Letter and Parcel shipping methods are currently unavailable. International Standard Tracked shipping is available.

All orders are shipped from Perth, Western Australia with Australia Post or Sendle within 5 business days* of payment. Australia Post and Sendle are responsible for delivery times and these are available through their websites. Please allow up to 15 business days from payment until you receive your delivery (Australia Only).

We are not responsible for any lost parcels. Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address as no replacement or refund will be issued.

*Bitsy Baby is a small business owned and operated by myself (Jess). If you purchase a big order, please note that preparation and assembly could take longer. Especially if extra material needs to be ordered. If this is the case, an email will be sent to you with further details and estimated time frame for delivery.
